Workshop Terms and Conditions
New additional Covid 19 terms (post 19th July)
1.1. Art Club bookings are taken on a monthy basis with payment taken monthly via standing order. A notice period of one full calendar month, following the month of notice is required for cancellation.
1.2 Art Club is run on a fortnightly basis. Term dates are provided and are block booked. Dates of Art Club sessions that are held during school holidays are included in the annual booking (paid for on monthly basis). Annual membership guarantees student place.
1.4 Art Club Workshops can be booked on an ad hoc basis at £25/session. Payments must be made at the point of booking. Clients are advised to book early as places cannot be guaranteed.
1.5 Workshops are non-refundable unless we can fill your space. You will not be entitled to a refund nor will we offer a transfer of your booking or provide a credit note unless the space is filled.
1.6. All our Courses have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.
1.6. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops at any time.
2.1. Your place on the course is not confirmed and we have no obligation to you until full payment is received.
2.2. Most materials are included in the cost of Art Club, where we undertake craft activities or art projects that are outside the norm (eg T shirt designs as an eg), we will ask for a contribution to materials.
2.3. You must attend on a punctual basis unless prevented by events which are beyond your reasonable control. We are unable to delay start times for late arrivals, course begin at the time stated..
2.4. We are entitled to change the timing and/or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
3.1. Disruptive behaviour: Abusive or inappropriate behaviour or language, threatening or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other students will result in you being removed from the workshop. Your payment will not be reimbursed in this event.
3.2 We are only responsible for students during workshop times.
4.1. No credit or debit card information will be held by Canvassing Happiness.
4.2. We will not sell your data to any third parties.
4.3 We reserve the right to take promotional photos, which will be used without identifying the child. Should you wish to opt out of this, please inform us via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
